Get ready for a night of live music, social dancing, and that irresistible swing-era energy!Join the Triangle Swing Dance Society for an unforgettable evening featuring Onyx Club Boys, an acoustic string band (violin, guitar, upright bass, and drums) rooted in the sound of Django Reinhardt’s Jazz of 1930's Paris, and Stuff Smith's New York City Swing.
LESSONS:
Complimentary Intro Lesson (7:00PM–8:00PM) – No experience or partner needed! Learn the basics and get ready to dance.
Beyond the Basics Lesson ($5, 6:45PM-7:45PM) – For those who already know a few steps! Held just a short distance away at the Carrboro Civic Club (108 Bim St, Carrboro, NC 27510). Space is limited—sign up early!
