Our "Swim to Play" sessions, held in collaboration with Maine Community Swimming, provide instructor support to help you overcome water fears, learn floating fundamentals, or improve your technique. This session is designed to build your confidence and swimming skills in a supportive and friendly environment.

What is included?

Basic swin instruction

What to bring?

• Bathing Suit or swim shorts and shirt.
• Water
• Towel
• Change of clothes
• Swiming cap (We have a couple you can borrow in case you don't have one)
