Sauna & Swim at Three RiversJoin us at Three Rivers for ’Sauna & Swim*’ - a perfect opportunity to get into cold water swimming, followed by a session in our Wood-fired Swedish Sauna!
The *Swim is defined as a cold water dip or short swim, please note that this is not a distance swimming event and the recommended swim is less that 100 meters in our private watercourse. Swimming and dipping is done at your own risk and Three Rivers accepts no liability for personal injury, death or other harm or loss to participants.

Each session costs £10 - includes parking, swim access, sauna access, showering facilities & an included hot drink (non-dairy options available) ☕️
Sauna usage is a 30 minute booked time slot, if you would like more than one slot please contact us for pricing. The sauna may be shared with up to four other people (maximum of 5 people in the sauna).
Cold water swimming has many benefits, such as a boost to your immune system, physical & mental health improvements, a feeling of self-esteem and even more! Followed by a session in our sauna, to warm you back up. Saunas also have benefits too; such as healthier skin, improved sleep and stress management!
The event times are situated around the high tide times as the swimming experience is best at high tide.
