As the year winds down, step into a weekend of connection, culture, and movement at SWIIMM: Swing Solstice—Southern Hospitality Swing's premier Swingout immersion experience.
Held at The Long Room, this three-day event is designed for dancers who want to deepen their understanding of Swingout while celebrating the joy of social dancing in a welcoming and vibrant community.
Throughout the weekend, you'll train with two champion-level instructors, DeMarick Love & Kesh Rhodes from Dallas, Texas, who will guide participants through focused workshops designed to elevate technique, musicality, connection, creativity, and confidence on the dance floor.
Whether you're looking to strengthen your fundamentals or refine your skills, SWIIMM offers an immersive learning environment that meets dancers where they are and helps them grow.
When the workshops end, the dancing continues. Enjoy exciting social dances throughout the weekend featuring a mix of music and dancers from multiple dance styles and communities. From Swingout and Ballroom to Stepping and beyond, the social floor is open to everyone who loves movement and connection.
Keeping the energy high all weekend long, DJ Shorty Smooth will provide the soundtrack with a carefully curated mix of music guaranteed to keep you moving.

Swingout Immersion Workshops & The Swingle Bell Ball

Spend the day immersed in focused Swingout training led by champion-level instructors from Dallas, TX.

12:15 PM – 12:45 PM | Lunch Break (Food Served)

Evening Schedule
7:00 PM – Midnight | The Swingle Bell Ball (Formal Attire Encouraged)
Celebrate the season in style with an elegant evening of dancing, fellowship, music, and holiday magic. Food will be served during the event. Vegan cuisine provided as well.
