Liz Struthwolf is known for her popular culinary lecture series and festive community tasting events that feature hand-crafted local foods. As a favorite University of Utah Continuing Education Instructor, she has introduced thousands of students to the healthy aspects of hand-crafted foods. At the University, she conducts research in the field of medical food science. As President of the Utah Chocolate Society, she is excited to deliver Brighton Institute’s February Sweets and Treats lecture and tasting experience. We will hear the latest about the importance of buying local foods and get to sample some of them, especially those related to the season of Valentines.
