Join Dawn for this special event designed to melt away your mental fatigue and stress and bring you to a state of serenity. This 90-minute workshop will begin with gentle, supported restorative yoga postures to help you settle in for the Yoga Nidra experience. Yoga Nidra, also referred to as “yogic sleep” or “conscious sleep”, is a guided meditation that allows the body to go into a deep state of relaxation. Throughout the workshop you’ll receive Reiki, a Japanese healing technique that involves gentle touch to promote relaxation and reduce stress and anxiety.
