Sweet Rolls & Sticky Buns with Gabi Briga

Just in time for holiday brunches! In this hands-on class led by Chef Gabi, owner of Strega Nonna’s Bakery, we’ll teach you the basics of yeasted sweet dough, including dough preparation, proper kneading techniques, roll filling and shaping. We’ll create delicious, pillowy cinnamon rolls and ooey-gooey sticky buns dripping with caramel and nuts.
