Sweet Reads Book Club is a dynamic partnership between and , created for ambitious women who crave knowledge, connection, and a little indulgence, it’s where business strategies meet sweet treats in a fun, empowering, and social atmosphere.

Led by Hustle + Charm founder Charmaine Jennings and Milksmith founder Siuleen Leibl, Sweet Reads Book Club is designed to inspire growth, spark innovative thinking, and fuel meaningful conversations about entrepreneurship. Siu and Charmaine bring their unique expertise, experiences, and passion for helping entrepreneurs thrive, creating a space where collaboration and inspiration flourish.

During this meeting we'll be doing a debrief and deep-dive into our latest Sweet Read, The Confidence Gap: A Guide to Overcoming Fear and Self-Doubt by Russ Harris! If you haven't read the book in full or weren't able to pick it up at all, you're still welcome to join the discussion, but know there will be spoilers shared throughout the evening.
