This interactive workshop is designed to feel like a girls’ night out with a deeper purpose: blending creativity with mental health and wellness. Alongside the decorating fun, you’ll hear from a certified counsellor and guest speakers who will share practical tools and inspiring conversations on topics like stress management, building resilience, self-love, confidence and more!
