Come and celebrate Midsummer at IKEA Jacksonville! Swedish Midsummer is a feast of wonderful treats. Or maybe that's just our Swedishness talking. The Midsummer Buffet Menu includes: Seafood Plate Sampler (Dill & Mustard Herrings, Hot Smoked Salmon), Cold Plate Sampler (Eggs with May & Shrimp or Seaweed Pearls), Swedish Shrimp Salad, Pickled Cabbage Salad, Potato Salad, Hot Buffet (Poached Salmon with Lemon Caper Sauce, Swedish Meatballs, Red Potatoes with Dill Butter, Roasted Vegetable Salad, Lavash), Kids Hot Sampler, Dessert Bar & Drinks (Sparking Elderflower Drink, Coffee & Tea or Fountain Beverages).

*Please note the Swedish Restaurant will not serve a regular menu on 6/23. Midsummer Buffet seatings will run from 11 am to 7 pm.
