Tuesdays in August
8:45 a.m. – Coach-led Fit Body Boot Camp workout
9:30–10:30 a.m. – Indoor Stay & Play Social Hour

Your workout is done.
Your toddler burns energy.
You don’t rush to the next thing.

Designed for littles ages 0–5, our Tuesday Stay & Play sessions include simple, structured activities and open play time — all indoors and heat-free.

This is not a drop-off program. Moms remain responsible for their children during play time.

During the workout, there is a dedicated kids’ room where littles can play with toys, watch a favorite show, or simply relax. The kids’ room is not supervised, but it is visible from the gym floor so you can easily check in as needed.
