About this Event

We are excited to lean into a slower pace before we travel Saturday to Tulsa. Friday we are bringing out some of best stretch enthusiasts and core specialists for a Friday night stretch and wine down.

We will have live dj for Yoga, Pilates, and More. We will have vendors, wine, and licensed bartender. Come relax with us August 2, 2024. Ticket includes 1 glass of wine w healthy snack.
