SWEAT WITH SPICE!!(a soca dance fitness experience)

We have planned an afternoon FULL AH VIBES and the festivities includes:

• a 60 min Caribbean dance fitness workshop lead by the Carnival Spice fitness team. It will feature a playlist of some of the top soca, dancehall, afro and chutney songs.

• meet and greet with the Carnival Spice community members a.k.a the #SpiceFam

THIS WILL SELL OUT so be sure to register now to avoid disappointment.

Gotta Dance is located beside Jane/Dundas Library with access to the TTC ample parking.
