What is Sweat + Sound?

45-Minute Workout: Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor Brittany Bowman {@b_juicy} starts the class by leading an invigorating workout with a mix of mobility, high intensity work, and banded + body weight movements.

30-Minute Sound Bath: Immediately following the workout, Nike trainer and energy healer Julia Brown {@thrivewithjulia} takes the class into a relaxing and rejuvinating sound bath designed to soothe your mind and body.
