Sweat Society x Compass Cycle Rochester POPUP

Join Sweat Society for our first big pop-up event at Compass Cycle Rochester! We’re bringing the energy with pilates and spin classes, cold plunges by Lumos, acai bowls from Refresh, permanent jewelry with Ember & Co, detox shots from Blend Barr, IV hydration + vitamin therapy from Native Wellness + Aesthetic, and custom made wooden signs, tie dyed sweatshirts and other fun products by Brick House Designs. Workout classes will be 30 minutes long with first come first serve. Both pilates and spin sessions will run at 11:30 + 12:15, so you can double then finish with a cold plunge after! You’ll also be able to enter into raffles from local favorites, with plenty of surprises and good vibes throughout the day. Whether you're here to sweat, recover, or connect with the community, this is an event you won’t want to miss. Grab your crew and meet us at Compass — we can’t wait to see you there! A percentage of ticket funds will be donated to Wegmans Child Life Program to help support children and their families through illness, hospitalization, or medical procedures by addressing emotional, developmental, and psychosocial needs.
