Are you up for a challenge? Join the Bamboo Ave crew for an intense, heart-pounding workout session at MADabolic gym. We're mixing two powerhouse workouts—HYROX and HIIT—designed to build athleticism and endurance. Not familiar with HYROX? It's a competition-style workout that blends functional fitness with endurance, pushing your limits in ways you didn’t know existed. Expect high energy, good vibes, and a room full of people just as ready to crush it as you are.

Afterwards? We’re keeping the good times rolling by heading next door to Ant’s Beer Cave for some post-workout beverages, snacks, and hanging out. It’s the perfect chance to connect & unwind.

And because we like to keep things interesting, a few lucky attendees will walk away with some Bamboo Ave gear!
