🌿 Meet Your Teacher
Natalie Poole is a certified 5Rhythms teacher (Waves & Heartbeat), a professional Dance-Movement Therapist, and a Narrative Practitioner, weaving somatic and embodied storytelling into her offerings. She teaches daily Multivitamin classes online, alongside regular classes and workshops in Melbourne, interstate, and in Europe.
All classes with Natalie count toward the 5Rhythms teacher training or Dance-Movement Therapy personal hours.
