Sweat-N-Stretch:Soca Dancefit

Sweat‑N‑Stretch: Soca Dance Fit is a 90-minute class that kicks off with a warm up into 10 minutes of fun dance fitness to get you moving and energised. The main segment focuses on cardio and full-body movement, while the cool-down includes deep stretches and mobility exercises to improve flexibility and release tension. It’s a fun, energising, and balanced workout from start to finish.

I understand that participating in physical activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, or discomfort.I confirm that:

• I am physically able to participate in this class.
• I will work within my own limits and inform the instructor of any pre-existing conditions or injuries.
• I take full responsibility for my participation and waive any claims against ChargedUp.Mvmt, its instructors, and affiliates for injuries or issues arising from my participation.

By attending this session/class/event hosted by ChargedUp.Mvmt, I understand that photos and videos may be taken for promotional and marketing purposes.

I hereby grant ChargedUp.Mvmt and its representatives the right to take photographs and video recordings of me during the session. I give permission for these images to be used across social media, website, promotional materials, and other platforms related to ChargedUp.Mvmt.
