🔥Welcome to this amazing, one of a kind women's day retreat - blending the ancient medicine of a sweat lodge, a wild women ceremony, water blessing all in an outdoor majestical wild space🔥

Our mission is to create a day of womanhood ‘initiation’ through the elements of earth, fire, water and air - where we will receive a rites of passage and rememberance of our feminine spirit

"Initiations move you beyond naive certainties to embrace complexities as an opening to new, creative possibilities, rather than something that threatens your safety or sense of self. You awaken even more intimately to the recognition that the world and who you are can’t be separated, that everything is interconnected and that what you do to another you do to yourself. We feel so blessed to bring to you this special day retreat for WOMEN only - of all ages & life-stages of womanhood.
Inviting in a small group of 30 women to keeping the day private, connected and grounded
🌏Earth, Fire & Water = we gather to strip away all our worries, concerns and ground in with the ancient medicine of the sweat lodge - also known as the “womb of earth” - the energy will be shared, spoken and sang in that space.
💧Water = we will cleanse, soothe and receive the blessing of the water by holding each other in a water baptism - you will feel held, supported and able to release into the flow of water
🔥Fire = we will burn away and allow the rise of the shakti power working with kundalini movement and breath. Allowing the essence of our wild woman to rise up and spread throughout our whole body
🌬Air = we will connect to air and all the elements through dance - being transported into other worlds and feeling a full embodiment of the practices of the day where we are all one, through the muscial journey of a live ecstatic dance.
🔥What will the day look like?
9:00am - We'll welcome you with a freshly foraged brew with plants from the land to energise our bodies and welcome you.
*SWEAT LODGE - this will be held by Ahau & Robyn together
*WATER BLESSING - Lisa & Joanna
*Yummy veggie lunch
*WILD WOMEN CEREMONY - kundalini/tantra movement & breath - Lisa & Joanna
*DANCE - with DJ wild calm
5:30PM - CLOSING

All will be experienced in nature of the re-wilding magical land - Michelle

The Sweat Lodge will play and integral part in the day and this is the only section where the masculine and the feminine will hold this together (Ahau & Robyn)

WOMENS SWEAT LODGE
In Mexico, the women's lodges are often called a 'Moon Lodge' guiding women back to their original feminine nature, to their womb space. Connecting with the powers of how we hold the waters inside of us, to remember the nature of how we carry the fire within our wombs. The women's lodge is a place to rebalance hormones, clean our emotional blocks, unleash the waters and the fires within us, to allow them to settle in a rightful place. A space for women to open their hearts and share, so that they can find communal listening, love, support and safety.
Ahau & Robyn together will be running the Sweatlodge. Ahau has such depth of experience, love and care for anyone he receives, and has years of experience supporting the Moon Dance (a traditional Mexican ceremony for Women) - and is devoted to the feminine healing of our communities.
THE LAND

You’ll turn off the main road, pass some sheep and arrive on the coastline to find our spot at the end of Hillam Lane. We'll welcome you with a freshly foraged brew with plants from the land to energise our bodies and welcome you.
Our family is very connected to the land and area and we always want to share this feeling of home with everyone who visits. We're located directly on the salt marshes of Morecambe Bay, where the coastline meets the land, steeped in local history, folklore and countryside traditions, we’ll share our local knowledge, and take you off the footpath to our private woodland and water spots.
There is always an opportunity to see wildlife and embrace the seasons, and always... the expansive unbroken vista looking out across the salt marshes of toward The Irish Sea and out toward the Lake District, with the tide coming and going daily you'll feel the energetic pull of the water and natural cycles of the season.

🌊Where is the day retreat?

The Rewilding is centrally located in the UK, a 1-hour drive from Manchester and The Lake District and a 10-minute drive from the historical city of Lancaster.
What to bring:
* Please bring swim or sauna clothing
* A towel and change of warm clothes
* Wear comfortable clothing and layers as your temperature will likely vary afterwards
* A large water bottle
* A mug or cup
* Fruit, flowers or herbs as an offering (please avoid bringing single use plastics to the space)��
How to prepare:
* Arrive well hydrated and sober
* Eat light before the ceremony or arrive with an empty stomach if you are accustomed to fasting
* We recommend in the days before…journaling or spending time reflecting on your intention or anything you want to invite in or let go of through this process. What is my intention for coming to this day? What do I want more of in my life? What does community look/feel like to me? How can I be of service in my life? How would I like to show up on this day? What am I ready to let go of?
* Come as you are!! Many people hesitate if they are tired or not feeling well, this is traditionally used as a hospital space, a healing centre, ancestrally used for childbirth and operations! So please do not hold back, you are welcome exactly as you are, we have the experience to take good care of you.
