Sweat Check Saturday Free Community Dance Fitness Class

Sweat Check Saturday is a free, high-energy community dance fitness experience held the last Saturday of every month, created to get bodies moving, spirits lifted, and people connected.

This 60-minute class is designed for dancers of all levels, whether you’re seasoned or just here to catch a vibe. Expect a feel-good blend of hip hop, R&B, Caribbean, and Zumba-style rhythms that will have you sweating, smiling, and forgetting you’re even working out.
