About this Event

Sweat & Social: Spooky Edition is bringing together movement, wellness, local businesses, and the Pacific Beach community for a Saturday morning that feels completely different from your typical networking event.

We wanted to create something where people can actually spend time together, experience local wellness brands, move their bodies, grab coffee, and meet people naturally.

We’ll start the morning with yoga, followed by time to explore local vendors, experience recovery services, grab coffee, mingle, and connect with other people in the PB community.

We’ll also hear from a few incredible business owners in the wellness space who have built successful brands and businesses and are making an impact in the industry.

After that, we’ll open things up for bites, coffee, shopping, networking, recovery experiences, and a raffle.

Expect a room full of people who care about wellness, entrepreneurship, movement, community, and discovering what local businesses are creating.

If you’re a business owner in the health and wellness industry, we especially want you there.

If you simply love fitness, yoga, wellness, good coffee, meeting great people, and finding new local brands, you are absolutely welcome too.

This is not just another networking event.

It’s a wellness morning, a social, and a chance to actually experience the PB wellness community.

Guests should wear elevated workout or athleisure clothing that they can comfortably do yoga in while still feeling put together for coffee, shopping, networking, and photos afterward.
