Sweat & Sip at MCC is a high-energy, boutique wellness experience designed to move your body, lift your mood, and immerse you in an intimate aesthetic environment. This 50-minute session combines Mat Pilates with rhythmic Reggaeton beats for a fun and spirited workout that is far from a traditional Pilates class.

Set in our brand new micro venue, this collaboration with Casa Sculpt creates a thoughtfully curated experience with curated music and an atmosphere designed to feel both energizing and restorative. After class, guests are invited to enjoy a light post-session refreshment and social moment.

General Admission: $35 includes full access to the 50-minute Mat Pilates and Reggaeton session and the optional post-class social moment.
