SWE San Diego E-Week Festival Banquet Table

SWE San Diego will be hosting a table at the Engineers Week San Diego Awards Banquet. This year's keynote address is "Creating the Future" by Industrial Engineer Dr. Chell Roberts, the University of San Diego (USD) Engineering Dean. We are opening up the registration to SWE members. Tickets are only $25/person to sit at the SWE-SD sponsored table (50% off the typical E-Week banquet ticket price). Please reserve your seat prior to February 12th as seats are limited and available on a first come first serve basis!

When: Sunday, February 19, 2023 3pm - 7pm

Location: Marina Village Conference Center 1936 Quivira Way San Diego, CA 92109

Attire: Business. (Please note the reception is outdoors on a private, covered patio).

Audience: Professional and collegiate engineering society section leadership, their members, guests and all interested aspiring engineers and advocates. *PRE-COLLEGE High School Students 17 and younger are welcome when accompanied by a parent / guardian.

Program:

2:00 pm - Early Registration Opens and Display Table Setup

2:00 - 3:00 Student Network Training (Indoors, optional with a festival ticket). Complementary "Networking Tools to Advance Your Career" is available to students* with a festival ticket.

3:00 - Reception (Outdoors, Private Patio) is full of informative and company SPONSORS & DISPLAY TABLES, career networking opportunities and fun photo booth activities. (Soda & Water provided). Make sure to bring your business cards, resumes, and get ready to take your group photo and share memories via #EFEST23.

4:00 - 6:00 (Indoors) No-host cash bar

5:00 - Buffet Dinner (Indoors) Open seating

5:45 - 7:00 Awards Ceremony (Indoors)

SAFETY - For the safety of all participants, face coverings (masks) are encouraged. REFUNDS - Any persons showing COVID symptoms are requested to not attend the event. Ticket refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event minus a $4 processing fee.
