Smt. Vasudha Ravi

A popular versatile musician, Vasudha is a dual post graduate - Music (MA music) & Human Resources (PDM-HR). Prime disciple of Dr.Mrs.Manjula Sriram. An A Grade artiste of the All India Radio, Chennai. Worked on musical productions with Maestro Ilayaraja and Sri.Rajkumar Bharathi. Performed at Musica Sacra International Music Festival, Germany & performed with the Beverian Youth Jazz Band – Lades Jugend Jazz Orchestra, Germany. Also performed Carnatic in Rock shows with Jai Ho Sanjeev Thomas. Honoured with many awards like Shanmukha Sangeetha Shironmani from Shanmukhananda Sabha, Mumbai, Dr.M.L.Vasanthakumari Award from Sri Parthasarathy Swami Sabha, D.K.Pattammal Award of Excellence from Karthik Fine Arts

Sri. Guru Ganesh Kumar N N R

Guru Ganesh Kumar N N R, a disciple of Sri Vid. H K Narasimha Murthy, started learning at 10 and has trained numerous students in India and abroad. He has worked at SIFAS from 2004 to 2010, and his students have won prizes in NAC and Papanasam Sivan competitions. Kumar has performed internationally and accompanied senior artists like T V Sankaranarayanan, Neela Ramgopal, Nagamani Srinath, and Suma Sudhindra. He is a B high-graded artiste and an accomplished solo performer in All India Radio and Doordarshan. He rejoined SIFAS in May 2019.

Sri. Guru Kallidaikurichi S Sivakumar

Guru Kallidaikurichi S Sivakumar, an A Grade Mridangam artiste with 37 years of experience, began his training from Guru Vaitheeswarankoil Vaidyanathan at the age of 7. He gave his first concert at 14 and underwent intensive training from illustrious Gurus Sangeetha Kalanidhi and Padmashri Sri Palghat Raghu for over 10 years (1987-97). Sivakumar focuses on accompanying Carnatic Keerthanais with rich dexterity, a hallmark of his Guru's traditions. He has received several awards, including Best Mridangam Artist Award from The Music Academy (Chennai) for two consecutive years (1991 and 1992), Award of Naada Oli From Naadha Inbam in 2003, Palani Subramania Pillai Award from Sri Krishna Gana Sabha (Chennai), and Guru Karaikudi Mani Best Mridangam Artiste Award in 2010. He has accompanied many illustrious and iconic musicians, including Dr. M. Balamuralikrishna, K. V. Narayanaswamy, T. N. Seshagopalan, Neyveli Santhanagopalan, Vedavalli, Malladi Brothers, Vijay Siva, Sikkil Sisters, Hyderabad Brothers, Sowmya, Nithysri, and Unnikrishnan. Sivakumar has been teaching budding Mridangam students for over 20 years, with several of his students now becoming concert performers.
