Swanwick Lakes Wildlife Tots: Fantastic Fungi!

Join us as we explore the seasons and wildlife of Swanwick Lakes Nature Reserve, at our regular session of stories and outdoor activities for pre-school children and their parents and carers.

This month we will be exploring the wonderful world of mushrooms and fungi starting with a craft and story indoors before we head outside to explore. We will take a short and gentle walk to the woodland where you can have fun making clay mushrooms, go on a fungi hunt, follow a mycelium trail or enjoy our usual bug hunting and mud kitchen play.

Online booking is essential - bookings close at 8am on Monday 4th November. You only need to book spaces for the children in you party.

Allergy notice: Please be aware we will be handling store bought mushrooms and flour during this session.

Please wear long sleeves, long trousers and sturdy shoes or boots.
