Swami's Sunday, Oceanside to Torrey Pines

We'll keeping it nice and flat, heading up the coast to Oceanside Harbor and then down to Torrey Pines (ok, maybe the ride won't be perfectly flat...). As usual, we'll roll from Lofty Coffee La Costa at 8:00.
The goal is a steady state ride at B and C levels. That means staying in Zone 2 … a conversation-paced ride. No surging or attacking.
