A pillar in the California punk scene, Swami John Reis has been in influential bands such as Drive Like Jehu, Rocket From The Crypt, Hot Snakes, Night Marchers, Swami John & The Bed Of Nails. Now, he is back with LP “Time To Let You Down” - a savage blast of junk shoppe punk that kicks all within earshot in the ding ding.

These seasoned rockers are dealing out a heavy dose of song-forward classic garage punk that sounds like a mixed bag of Joan Jett singing for Teengenerate and Roky Erikson and The Aliens covering Oblivions.This is no surprise as Rowdy is formed by members of legendary Austin band Hex Dispensers and Scotland's Goldie Dawn.

GIMIC (Bristol)
Possibly my fave hardcore band knocking about at the moment, perma coil spring tense bouncing off the wall ideas executed to perfection but still feeling totally wild. Nobody quite like it knocking about atm, seriously... Nailed it at JT Soar fest last year, super excited to get em to JT proper.. Their 7" We Are Making a New World is 10/10.. Glad they've just done a repress I think I've worn mine out.. perfect slab of hardcore/post punk/misc.. YESSSSS
