Swami & The Bed Of Nails features Swami John Reis of Hot Snakes, Drive Like Jehu, PLOSIVS, etc. The band also includes Tommy Kitsos (Night Marchers, CPC Gangbangs) on bass, Joe Guevara (Gary Wilson And The Blind Dates, Lady Dottie & the Diamonds) on piano and synthesizer, Richard Larson on drums, and Mark Murino (Radio Wendy, Dirty Sweet) on second guitar.
A debut single was released in early 2024, "How Are You Peeling," recorded by Reis at City Of Refuge as well as Ben Moore at Singing Serpent. A music video was created for the track by David da Cruz of Mondo Ray. A debut album dropped in August 2024, All Of This Awaits You.
