Join us for this year's track sessions! Swag has been hosting these track sessions for over 20 years. Swag will be leading the workouts, which is guaranteed to be a good time. These workouts are for all ages and abilities. We typically break off into two different groups so that each group can maximize the workout.
The workout begins at 7pm so come a little early to make sure you’re warmed up and ready to go.
