JSWA Community Day — Vendor Information & Guidelines

Join us as a vendor for the SWA Collective Hub Annual Community Day! This reunion-style event brings the Germantown community together for a day of joy, peace, unity, and connection.

We are looking for local businesses, creators, and organizations to share their resources, products, and services with our attendees.

💰 Vendor Fee

• Cost: $50 per vendor spot
• Note: All proceeds and donations directly support providing free grab-and-go meals for community families.

⏰ Schedule & Logistics

• Setup Time: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM (Please arrive on time to ensure you are fully set up before the event begins at 3:00 PM).
• Event Time: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Breakdown & Clean-up: Vendors are fully responsible for breaking down their stations and cleaning up their immediate area after the event concludes.

This is an outdoor event on the lawn, and spaces are bare. Vendors must bring their own:

• Pop-up tent
• Table(s)
• Chair(s)
