Welcome!! We can't wait to celebrate the Grand Opening of the latest addition to Alameda's thriving yoga and wellness community!Come and bring family, friends and neighbors with you! Our studio and wellness hub grand opening will pretty much be a daylong event packed with complimentary yoga sessions, live music, reiki mini sessions, chair massage mini sessions, food, raffles, sauna blanket sessions, and a relaxing yoga session with a sound bath to close the day. This is a great opportunity to meet some of our awesome teachers.
Come at any time and get a taste of what Svastha Yoga Wellness and Community Hub is about. We are very happy to be here, to serve you and to serve our community as a whole. We are about building community and supporting your growth as an individual. Or, just come for a little while and enjoy yourself on our deck.

2 - 4 PM - Live Music ?

2 - 4:30 PM - 30-Minute Sauna Blanket Sessions ??
5 - 6:30 PM - Relaxing Yoga and Sound bath with Jenn ?
