Suzy Aspley launches The Bone Mother at Waterstones Sauchiehall St

Suzy Aspley joins us to launch her latest dark and atmospheric crime thriller, The Bone Mother, in conversation with Michael J. Malone.

Suzy's new novel returns to reporter Martha Strangeways, and sees her drawn into a new investigation which comes rather too close to her own home and past, as well as touching on questions of the supernatural and the all-too-human, as a human ear is found with a distinctive piece of jewelry... and then the rest of the body turns up.

Suzy will be talking about creating atmospheric crime, drawing on history and myth in her fiction, and writing dark novels, with Michael J. Malone, author of the Annie Jackson series, before signing copies of her books.
