Local health professional Suzi Dia works with Montclair Health Coaching and will bring to our club a workshop to explore many relevant topics to women as we age. Topics will include sleep, bone health, strength, exercise, nutrition, weight gain/loss, stress management and mindfulness. Join us to gain understanding and practical strategies, as your questions get answered in this supportive environment. Open to All. Free for MWC Members, $10 for non-members. Stay for refreshments!
