This 3 week meditation course will explore powerful meditation techniques for improving your mental wellbeing and your life.
Each class includes guided meditations and simple, tried and tested techniques for reducing the causes of stress, low mood and frustration.
The practices taught come from ancient Buddhist wisdom but is just as relevant today as it ever was and can be practised by anyone, regardless of beliefs.
It is great for beginners as well as those with experience. Everybody welcome.
