Event Description: Join us for the third and final session of our spring sustainable crafting series! This series is a monthly drop-in program for all to enjoy crafting using sustainable materials or get inspired with new ideas. We will have two family-friendly craft-making stations where you can choose from decorating fairy houses out of recycled cardboard and plastic jugs or creating butterflies out recycled toilet paper rolls. These crafts are the perfect way to reuse and be creative with everyday items!Meet Us: Meet in the classrooms at the Bloomington Education and Visitor Center.
Activity Level: Easy, we will be sitting at tables in the classrooms.
What to Bring: Clothing and shoes that you're willing to get a little dirty, as this program could involve crafting materials such as paint, glue, paper mache and collage.
Accessibility: This program will take place inside the building, and the route from the parking lot to the classrooms is accessible. Restrooms and water fountains are available inside the visitor center.
Accommodation Message: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is committed to providing access to these events for all participants. Please direct all requests for sign language interpreting services, close captioning, or other accommodation needs at least ten business days before the event to Oscar Hernandez at [email protected].
