Biography of Presenter:
Eric Harvell, Senior District Sales Manager has twenty three years of experience in the construction industry covering building products to plumbing. For nine years he has overseen the Carolina's market for TOTO USA with a focus on Engineers, Designers, Architects, Plumbers and Distributors. Experiencing the evolution from the conventional box rim flushing system to cyclone flushing to the new integravity flushing engine, he hosts training sessions on smart restroom technologies in commercial restrooms as well as focusing on the human experience in the restroom with an emphasis on hygiene, comfort and cleanliness. Eric has been involved in Japanese total quality management manufacturing and speaks about the stringent quality control systems. He is a North Carolina native who enjoys mountain biking, golf, snow skiing and scuba diving. One of his proudest accomplishments was helping Mr. Jim Watson of North Carolina State University design the wing fabric for the 100th anniversary reenactment of the Wright Brothers flight.
