The Alternative Protein Project at Johns Hopkins (APPJH) is a student-led chapter of the Good Food Institute (GFI) dedicated to advancing alternative protein education, innovation, and research. Founded in 2021, APPJH fosters a collaborative ecosystem that connects Johns Hopkins affiliates with students, industries, and policymakers to drive the transition for a sustainable food system.
