Sustainable Finance: Sustainable Business –what you need to know
Wednesday 25th September 2024
Join us to take a look at how to build your business profitability whilst meeting your sustainable objectives and ambitions.
The phrase "cashflow is king" is a familiar one. No matter what size organisation you work in, financial sustainability is vital and in a world where businesses seek to embed good practices around their ethical trading and green credentials, how can you best manage this in your business planning and finances?
This event will give you an introduction to how applying a "people, planet, profit" accounting approach to your business can improve your financial viability and help to demonstrate your environmental, social, and governance("ESG") credentials to customers, lenders, investors and grant funders.
- Learn about the triple bottom line principals.
- Discover strategies for managing cashflow in harmony with environmental credentials
- Hear from those who have tried this approach and the impact it has made to their business
- Be part of the conversation: meet peers, develop your network, access sector experts
This event is aimed at SMEs and early-stage business owners who:
- are interested in learning more about how to ensure their business foundations are fit for purpose through effectively managing their business finances
- want to realise their corporate aspirations around sustainability and the environment whilst managing the bottom line viability
- wish to develop their network and connections
Join us from 08.30 for networking (refreshments and light breakfast for those attending in person). The speaker sessions will start promptly at 09.00)
