About this Event
We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Sustainable Blue Skills Workshop!
This workshop will provide key insights into the current ocean labour market, including emerging opportunities, skill demands, and the trends shaping the future of the Blue Economy in Canada.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the market dynamics driving the sector, from growth of sustainable practices to the critical skills required by employers today and in the future.
Additionally, we will introduce ECO Canada’s newest initiative, the Sustainable Blue Economy Professional (SBEP) Designation.
Attendees will learn about the programs potential to support career growth at all levels—from early professionals to industry leaders—while having the opportunity to provide feedback on its development, sign up as a beta tester, and receive a full reimbursement of the application fee as a thank you for early participation.
By attending, you will help shape the future of Canada’s blue economy workforce, contributing to the development of a sustainable and resilient labour market.
