This Sustainable Art Jamming Workshop with Hippiefart provides an open session of creation among individuals who want to create art through multiple mediums and find their own path in artistic expression or reach a sense of enjoyment through the process of artmaking. This workshop aims to showcase a sustainable approach to creating art. In providing materials that are sustainably sourced, we can educate creatives on the importance of environmental consciousness, as well as serve a platform that encourages experimentality in their creative endeavors. Join us to learn, make, and create with sustainability in mind.

Hippiefart (Ashley) is a Filipino Chinese self-taught artist based in Hong Kong. Her artworks explore themes of romance, solitude,heartbreak, family, and nostalgia in a modern city. Hippiefart’s art practice is a process of experimentation through the themes that she explores, and the materials that she uses. As an artist that values sustainability in her art practice, she aims to find a solution in the toxic cycle of mass consumption by creating an inclusive space for creatives to seek artistic expression using recycled and reused materials.
