Jenniferβs presentation will highlight Lake County's commitment to renewable technology and bird-friendly design, showcasing its leadership through model ordinances that promote native species, sustainable landscaping, and advanced energy solutions. By setting a precedent with policies supporting solar power and eco-friendly development, Lake County serves as a model for sustainable innovation.Jennifer Clark is a Lake County Board Member and Lake County Forest Preserve Commissioner from Libertyville. She was elected to the Lake County Board in 2018 and also serves as a Lake County Forest Preserve Commissioner.
Jennifer is currently the Chair of the Lake County Public Works and Transportation Committee and is also Chair of the Technology Committee along with being a member of the Finance and Administration Committee. She is also a member of the Forest Preserve Planning Committee.
In addition to her work on the Lake County Board, Jennifer is also an Assistant Professor of Economics at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin where she specializes in technology, infrastructure, law and economic development.
Jennifer and her husband Brian have lived in Libertyville for over 20 years and have two daughters and a cat.
