It's easy to make and when done right, extremely tasty. Kimbap (Gimbap) is in the same category, using the similar concept of American-style sushi. In this class, you will learn to make a variety of rice balls and kimbap that incorporate different proteins and vegetables - and these foods are perfect for gluten-free diets or vegetarian dishes.
