Our Sushi Making Date Night Experience is a fun, hands-on culinary workshop where couples roll sushi together, enjoy drinks and dessert, and share an unforgettable evening learning the art of sushi.
Perfect for couples, anniversaries, first dates, birthdays, or a fun night out with friends, this experience combines great food, a relaxed social atmosphere, and professional guidance from expert sushi chefs.
Instead of simply going out for dinner, you’ll create the meal together — making this one of the most unique date night experiences in Toronto.
No cooking experience required. Beginners are welcome.

Each Date Night ticket includes:
• 90-minute guided sushi making workshop
• 30 minutes to enjoy the sushi you created together
• 1 alcoholic drink per guest (beer, wine, sake, or liquor)
or 2 non-alcoholic drinks
• Fresh floral arrangement to take home
• All pre-prepared sushi ingredients
• Professional sushi tools provided during class
• Japanese cheesecake dessert
This experience is designed to feel fun, social, and relaxed, not like a traditional cooking class.
Sushi Menu You’ll Learn to Make
During the workshop, you and your partner will create four types of authentic sushi:
🍣 Nigiri — Salmon and Tuna
🍣 Couple’s Heart Roll — Salmon Futomaki
🍣 California Uramaki Roll with Green Dragon topping
🍣 Spicy Tuna or Salmon Temaki (hand roll)
Finish the evening with Japanese Moon Cake desserts (Classic & Red Velvet).
