Sushi Class with Shige | 9/29

For our latest workshop, we are so excited to bring in Master Sushi Chef Shigeru Usuki, an incredible chef with 40 years of experience mastering sushi. In the 3-hour in-depth hands-on workshop, Shigeru will teach participants how to make different kinds of rolls with raw fish and local, seasonal vegetables. He will also teach techniques for making nigiri and hand rolls and all participants will get to enjoy a delicious sushi platter of their own making.
