Sushi Aozora is honored to unveil our inaugural luxury pop-up Omakase experience in collaboration with Chef Gang—distinguished protégé of Yoshida-san at Yoshino—as they strive together toward Michelin-star excellence, beginning December 5, 2025. This exclusive engagement spans six weeks, with seatings every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Guests will be presented with an extraordinary 18-course Edomae-style Omakase for $235, with an optional sake pairing. Each sake has been meticulously chosen to complement the menu’s progression, highlighting Chef Gang’s exquisite technique alongside Sushi Aozora’s curated premium sake collection.
