Welcome to the Sushi & Sake Festival 2025!Join us for an unforgettable celebration of Japanese cuisine at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Los Angeles Downtown. Enjoy an all-you-can-eat experience featuring a wide variety of nigiri, sashimi, sushi rolls, and authentic Japanese dishes such as ramen, yakitori, okonomiyaki, oden, takoyaki, and more. You’ll also have the opportunity to taste premium sake, shochu, Japanese beer, and other traditional Japanese beverages.

The sushi served at the event will be freshly prepared by skilled sushi chefs from Sushi Gen and Katsuya Group, two renowned restaurants in Los Angeles. Immerse yourself in the rich flavors and traditions of Japan with cultural performances and interactive activities.

This year, we are bringing the largest number of booths in our history, offering more food, drinks, and cultural experiences than ever before.
