A leading voice in the sake world, Darryl is known for making sake approachable, expressive, and unforgettable through guided tastings and storytelling.

🍣 Chef Heidi Skye Hamamura —Taberu

With a background in fine dining and visual arts, Chef Heidi brings together creativity and technical precision in her sushi. Trained under her father, Naomi “Hama-san” Hamamura one of St. Louis’ original sushi masters she now leads Taberu, a catering and private event concept focused on elevated Japanese cuisine.
