SUSE Annual Conference 2024

We are delighted to announce that our next annual conference will take place on Tuesday 21st May 2024 at The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel, Glasgow.

Our theme is ‘Creating Our Future: How Supported Employment can Diversify Scotland’s Workplaces’. It will be a fantastic opportunity to bring together SUSE members, organisations and employers from across Scotland; all who are playing a major role in transforming Scotland's workplaces and creating opportunities for disabled people.

Every year the conference gets bigger and SUSE are planning a programme that’s relevant for our sector, our members and employers from across Scotland.

There will be another packed agenda with keynote speakers and a wide variety of workshops. Registration and breakfast is from 9am on the Conference day.

Panel Discussion:

No One Left Behind in Year 3 – what has it meant for disabled people and what needs to happen next?

Workshops:

There will be 9 workshops available during the Conference. Each delegate will have the option to choose 3 to attend.

Workshops will be run by the University of Strathclyde, Diversity Scotland, Fraser of Allander, University of Aberdeen, Age Scotland and The Open University, with more to be confirmed. Following the success of last year, we will also hold a Trailblazing Employers panel discussion. Delegates will have the opportunity to listen to diversity and inclusion in practice directly from employers.
