Daniel is expecting another unquiet night working the graveyard shift at a Vessel Traffic Services station in Helsingborg, Sweden. Because Daniel is haunted by ghosts of the past. Both in general and quite literally, in the form of Maggie, a vivacious Scottish woman he met on the MS Estonia on 28 September 1994 - the night it sank to the bottom of the Baltic Sea.Years later, these two passengers meet again to share their secrets and confront what happened – both that night and since. Maggie is as funny and flirtatious as ever, but Daniel is a changed man. So we are led to ask, which of them really survived the sinking?
"Survivors" takes a bitter-sweet look at how humans deal with disaster, and is at once humorous, touching and sincere.
This performance is part of a series of dramatised readings that are being held around the Baltic Sea to mark the 30th anniversary of the sinking of the MS Estonia.

HOW TO FIND US
See the website for instructions with pictures: https://nonametheatre.fi/how-to-find-us/
The NoName Theatre is at Hietaniemenkatu 7 B in Kamppi. The entrance is technically on Lapuankatu, past the K-Market. Ring the "5th Floor" buzzer to the left of the blue gate under the "Keskisuomalainen Osakunta" sign. The main door will probably be unlocked, but if not, ring the fifth-floor buzzer by the door. Once inside, take the elevator up to the fifth floor.
ACCESSIBILITY
There is an elevator to the fifth floor. Unfortunately, the premises do not have a wheelchair accessible bathroom.
