Explore how stress affects the brain and body, and discover practical methods to regulate your nervous system and support overall well-being
About this Event

We all know that stress isn't good for us, yet many of us live with chronic stress and the overwhelming feeling of burnout. In this lecture, Dr. Pradip Jamnadas explains the biochemistry behind how daily, compounded stress disrupts your body's normal physiology and drives chronic inflammation.

Most importantly, you'll discover that recovery is possible. Learn simple, holistic practices you can incorporate into your daily routine to regulate your nervous system, reduce the effects of chronic stress, embrace the restorative power of silence, and support your body's natural capacity for healing and recovery.

The lecture will be conducted at the Werner Auditorium at the AdventHealth building at 601 E Rollins St in Orlando, Florida.

Please arrive 20-30 minutes early to allow yourself time to park in the parking garage across the street and cross the walkway to the main building. The lecture will begin at 6:30pm and last until 8:00pm. This lecture is FREE to attend.
